MOSCOW, Nov 12 (PRIME) -- The Finance Ministry plans to raise inter-budget transfers in Russia to 3 trillion rubles in 2021, Deputy Finance Minister Anton Drozdov said on Thursday at a meeting of the budget committee of the Federation Council, the parliament’s upper house.
“In total, we plan 231 transfers, including subsidies, subventions, grants, and other inter-budget transfers. Out of them, 93% have been distributed,” he said as quoted by the Federation Council’s press service.
